Glad I moved here
I recently moved to Club Pacifica and it has more than met my hopes for a new apartment home. When I first drove in I texted ... a friend and said..."wow, I found a lovely, leafy apartment complex that looks like a great place to live." The more I learned, especially after moving in, the more I love it here. Friendly and helpful management staff, really nice neighbors, a comfortable, updated apartment, beautiful well-kept grounds, lots of trees and views, and quality amenities which I actually use! Happily Ever After
My partner and moved in three weeks ago. Crystal in the office is wonderful. She’s kind and patient and explained everything ... thoroughly and answers any questions we asked. She helped with the application process all the way to signing the paper on moving day. Charles from maintenance is so positive and easy to talk to. We had a couple small issues at first, they were due to the renovations, and he came and fixed it the same day it was reported. The property itself is beautifully taken care of. The noise level is basically non existent. It’s always so peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. I look forward to the next year here and maybe longer. Residents' Appreciation Day
What a fun day it was yesterday! I didn't make it to breakfast, but had a wonderful croissant & tuna sandwich with "fixins" ... for lunch and a huge pizza for dinner with many thawed pieces for later!
